Chicago producer Plu20 Nash has never failed to form dream teams in the studio. Nash provided us both atmospheric and aggressive tunes featuring artists like Lucki, Sydny Smith, Jesse Rutherford, and even A$AP Rocky. However, there is nothing quite like the classic collaboration between Nash and Chicago lyricist Ran$ah. Three months ago, the rapper released his five track EP 'Relief'. The track 'Solid', a joint production effort between Nash and Ugly Eddie, is reminiscent of an OG Kanye beat. As the mellow instrumental plays, driven by a marching band-esque snare rhythm, Ran$ah spits one of his deepest verses. In less than two and a half minutes, we hear him speak on topics of dreams coming reality, vulnerability to drugs, and the morals he was raised on. This EP is milestone in the go-getta's career, and 'Solid' is a mature track that deserves a listen.
